Damaged Items:

If any part of the item or its components is damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to be eligible for damaged item replacement. After 30 days, we will no longer honor damaged item replacement requests. To initiate a one-time damaged item replacement request, please reach out to us at info@yumetoys.com. We will assess the product and may offer a replacement for any specific damaged parts or components. We reserve the right to reject any damaged item replacement request.
